Ms. Saraswati Katwal is a Treasure of CSRC. She has affiliated with different development organizations at community level. Ms. Katwal has good coordination and networking skills with government stakeholders. Currently, she has been working with Sustainable Rural Empowerment Network (SuREN) in Okhaldhunga district.
